April 30th- All Star Manager will be selected and notified, mandatory managers meeting will be held this evening.
May 1st- Must attend player evaluation at Two Rivers park for your division. Draft will be held after evaluations have ended that same evening.
May 4th- Must attend mandatory parent meeting and practices may start on this day.

CODE OF CONDUCT POLICY
Fillmore Girls Fastpitch maintains a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for inappropriate or unsportsmanlike behavior during the All-Star season.
Managers are responsible not only for their own conduct, but also for the behavior of their coaches, players, and team families.
Any display of unsportsmanlike conduct toward umpires, opposing teams, spectators, or league officials will not be tolerated.
Violations may result in, but are not limited to:

Immediate removal from a game or event

Suspension for one or more games or tournaments

Removal of coaching privileges for the remainder of the All-Star season

In severe cases, removal as Manager at the discretion of the Board of Directors
The Board reserves the right to take any action deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the program and the safety of participants.
Managers are expected to report any serious incidents to the Board as soon as reasonably possible.
Examples of Unsportsmanlike Conduct Include:

Coaching from the stands in a disruptive or inappropriate manner

Arguing excessively with umpires or officials

Making sarcastic, disrespectful, or hostile comments toward players, coaches, parents, or umpires

Throwing equipment (bats, helmets, gloves, etc.) in anger

Negative or confrontational behavior between parents, players, or coaches

Refusal to participate in post-game sportsmanship (e.g., handshakes)

Use of profanity
-
Use or presence of alcohol or drugs at games or events
-
Any ejection of a player, coach, or parent from a game
